How long do the story interviewing courses take?
Our core program is self-paced with 6 modules designed to be completed over 4 to 6 weeks. Each module includes video lessons, practice interviews, and feedback checklists.

Do I get a certificate after completion?
Yes. You’ll receive a verifiable digital certificate and a shareable credential link. Graduates can add the certificate to LinkedIn with one click inside their dashboard.
We also issue a printable PDF certificate that includes your name, completion date, and unique certificate ID.
Are there prerequisites to enroll?
No prior experience is required. The only prerequisite is curiosity. The early sections cover foundations of narrative listening, bias checks, and ethical consent.
We provide optional primers if you’re new to interviewing or switching from journalism/UX research.
What’s the difference between live coaching and self-paced?
Self-paced includes on-demand lessons and practice prompts. Live coaching adds weekly cohort calls, hot-seat feedback, and portfolio reviews.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for self-paced courses if you’ve completed less than 20% of the content. Live cohorts are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.
Do you offer corporate or team training?
Yes. We run private cohorts, custom case libraries, and on-site workshops for teams of 5–200. Volume pricing and LMS integrations are available.

Are your materials accessible?
All videos include closed captions, transcripts, and keyboard-accessible players. Our platform meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If you need accommodations, contact us and we’ll arrange alternatives.
What payment methods and taxes do you support?
We accept major cards and Interac e-Transfer for Canada. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province. You’ll receive a tax invoice with our Canadian BN.
How do you handle privacy and consent in interviews?
We teach explicit consent protocols, de-identification, and storage hygiene. Templates include release forms and consent scripts you can adapt to your context.
